Austin Nembach

Austin is a Canapi investor responsible for sourcing new investments, deal execution, and portfolio company management. Before joining Canapi, Austin spent two years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley’s San Francisco office, following time at Deutsche Bank as an investment banking analyst in New York. While in banking, Austin advised clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, debt and equity capital market opportunities, and shareholder activism engagements. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College. Originally from South Florida, Austin enjoys hiking, skiing, grilling, and discovering new podcasts outside work.
