DynamoFL was founded by two MIT EECS PhDs, Vaikkunth Mugunthan and Christian Lau. The founders launched DynamoFL after identifying critical data security vulnerabilities in AI models that prevented enterprises from scaling the adoption of AI.  In particular, Generative AI has brought to the fore critical new risks, including the ability for LLMs to memorize sensitive training data and leak this data to malicious actors.
